Errors when performing mailing

Newsletters are an important marketing and notification automation tool. These are notifications about discounts and promotions, sending test results, a reminder of the next appointment. At the moment, the program has the ability to support four types of distribution: email, SMS, voice calling and Viber. However, this mechanism is also not immune from some errors. An error in this case does not mean the incorrect operation of the mailing list, but the inability to complete it and successfully deliver the message to the addressee. There are different types of errors when sending mail. Most of them are collected in our directory. If some error occurs during the distribution, the program will find its description in the registry and show it to you so that it is clear what exactly went wrong.

Errors can be due to inattention: for example, the manager entered the wrong phone number and the SMS operator simply could not deliver the message to a non-existent number - or more complex ones.

For example, if you have created a mass mailing of hundreds of identical emails, then standard email clients can easily mistake it for spam, and then instead of the 'Sent' status, you will see here information about blocking your mailing. In this case, it is better to use the mail associated with your own hosting.

All such entries in the 'Dispatch' module will have a special status and a note will contain a description of why the message was not delivered successfully. Therefore, after performing mass mailings, the program automatically directs you to the 'Mailing List' module so that you can visually verify that everything went as it should. However, it may happen that the error will be unexpected for the program, as technology changes and develops all the time. And the mailing service also does not stand still. If this happens, you can easily make changes and additions to this registry.
