Accounting for the provision of transport services in the software USU-Soft is automated, which means that transport services, the provision of which is planned or has already taken place, are subject to accounting, in the first case as a promising front of work, in the second - in terms of documenting costs and calculation of the received profit. The provision of transport services, the accounting of which is regulated not only by law, but also taking into account the orders of the Ministry of Transport, requires more complex documentation than for the provision of any other services. Although many transport services are standard services, therefore standard transport services require standard accounting entries, which the program for the provision of transport services automatically registers when they are made.

For this work - accounting in the provision of transport services - it contains a special heading called simply and clearly – “Money”. The USU-Soft management program for the provision of transport services consists of three structural blocks - Directories, Modules, Reports. Each of them is equally involved in accounting, each of them has such a heading “Money”. The only thing that is different is that each block has its own tasks. Respectively, this tab will have different tasks. Using the example of the “Money” tab, you can briefly imagine how management information is distributed in the program for the provision of transport services between three blocks, thereby briefly presenting their functionality. If we take the Directories section, which is filled out only once in the very first working session, then it contains in this "accounting" tab a complete list of currencies that the company operates in the provision of transport services, and a complete list of sources of its financing, according to which there is an automatic distribution of cash receipts for their provision, and items of expenses, according to which payments are automatically written off in favor of third-party organizations. There is also a complete list of VAT rates that are applied in mutual settlements with different counterparties, since the provision of transport services can be carried out in more than one state territory.

In short, in the Directories section of the management program of the provision of transport services, strategic accounting information on the provision of transport "support" is presented. It also houses the most important accounting database – the regulatory and methodological database for the transport industry, where information on the regulation of work operations is located. It takes into account time, volume of transport work and consumables, including various provisions and regulations, requirements and rules for their documentary and accounting. This database also contains recommended accounting methods and officially established formulas of calculations, since the program of provision control conducts all accounting procedures and calculations in automatic mode - without the participation of personnel and according to data from the regulatory and methodological database, thereby optimizing the activities of the accounting service. The Modules section of the program of the provision of transport services contains the Money tab and various accounting registers, posting journals, where all completed financial transactions are recorded, and for each full information is given, indicating the person responsible for it. In this block, the current accounting documents are saved, since the Modules are designed to conduct the operational activities of the enterprise.

The most important for the accounting service is the Reports section, since it analyzes the financial activities of the enterprise and provides visual reporting on expenses, income, profits, and compiled summaries of money turnover as a whole and separately for each cash desk and each bank account. By the way, such information is regularly issued by the program of provision control. All reporting is presented in tables, graphs and charts, so convenient that you can even visually determine the significance of each indicator.

Formation of documentation is carried out through the autocomplete function, which freely works with information and forms placed in the program of provision control specifically for performing such work. Moreover, each document is ready exactly by the deadline that was set for it, and meets all the parameters, in accordance with the purpose and officially approved form. In it, if desired, you can place the details and the logo of the company to make it fit the corporate format. The document can always be printed when it is electronically saved.

The automation program of provision control, thanks to the calculation configured in the Directories, performs any calculations automatically, including the cost of transportation, taking into account all road nuances. Also, piecework wages are automatically calculated for users - taking into account the amount of work that they have completed during the period. Users are responsible for the information added to the program and work in personal electronic logs, noting in them the performance of work and the timing of readiness. The program identifies users by logins that are assigned to each along with a password for entering the system, marking all information added by the personnel. Personalization of information allows you to monitor users’ activities, the timing and quality of execution, inspect their work plans for the period and add new ones. When accepting an application for transportation, the manager fills out a special form, where he or she indicates all the client's and his or her own details, the content of the order, the data of receipt, as well as the mode of transport. Based on the information in this form, the accounting program immediately generates accompanying documents for the cargo for all parties involved in the transportation; accuracy is guaranteed. A loading plan for each date is automatically generated from the database of submitted transportation requests, indicating customers, the place of collection of cargo, as well as route sheets with addresses.
