There is a tangible economic effect, and, due to the internal potential of the enterprise created by logistics, the client can reveal loyalty because of the cost of services.

Optimization of human resources management of the internal logistics department is a strategic task since the personnel issue is a headache for any enterprise, even a very successful one. Therefore, the search for options to optimize human resources is a primary management task. In internal logistics, it is a priority than in other departments since it is responsible for setting up business processes within the enterprise and optimizing communications, internal in the first place. Business process optimization management is also the competence of the internal logistics department because its tasks include optimizing information flow management, controlling the timing of information provision and managing its content, optimizing interaction with the sales department, managing document flow, the timing of delivery of invoices, the profitability of internal processes, as well as optimization of work with the procurement department, including supply management, inventory turnover management, and others. In short, competent management of the personnel potential of the internal logistics department ensures the optimization of business processes and increase the quality of information exchange, which will immediately affect the efficiency of the enterprise. To optimize the personnel potential, a software configuration was proposed to enhance the management of the internal logistics department, which is an automation program whose task is to optimize all processes, including management, the logistics department, and personnel potential in general. Automation, in principle, is the improvement of any activity since it performs many procedures on its own, thereby solving the personnel issue in several departments at once, not only logistics. For example, automated accounting and control over the movement of funds optimize the activities of the accounting department, maintaining continuous statistical accounting and warehouse accounting in the current time, which improves the quality of the procurement department.

The task of logistics is to create time and cost-optimal routes for moving goods, including their delivery to the warehouse and subsequent delivery to the recipient. Cost reduction provides the formation of consolidated cargoes, with which the software configuration for human resources management successfully works, automatically drawing up a loading plan for each day, if such a frequency of cargo collection is required. To achieve maximum results, all departments must act harmoniously and together solve issues that require the participation of different specialists. This is provided by the management program, which offers a pop-up internal alerting system and electronic approvals in a shared document that is available to all stakeholders with color-coded readiness milestones, allowing for visual control of the approval, and decreasing services time.

External communications are supported by electronic communication in the form of e-mail and SMS, used in sending documents and in regular contacts with clients through various mailings. If the customer has confirmed his consent, the management of the logistics department system regularly sends him messages about the status of his cargo, location, transportation time, problems on the road, and others. The program uses a lot of colours to indicate the state of work and the degree of achievement of the result. The brighter the cell in the list of debtors, the greater the client's debt.

The system is integrated with warehouse equipment, including a data collection terminal and a barcode scanner, which makes it possible to speed up the search, release of cargo, and to optimize inventory.
