This management minimizes the cost of internal activities since many functions are now performed by the automation program, relieving staff of many responsibilities, and at the same time improving the quality of service.

Any movement of goods and cargo is accompanied by the generation of invoices, which are generated automatically, it is enough to just specify the name of the customer, quantity of the product, and time of delivery. A database is formed from ready-made invoices, documents have different purposes, which is reflected in the statuses assigned to them, each status has its own color for visualization. Client requests make up the order base, each has a status, it has its own color, this makes it possible to follow the control of the order completion visually, judging by the status color. The status color changes automatically as information comes from employees; it can be provided by drivers, coordinators, logisticians, and other workers. The order base forms a cargo loading plan for any date, taking into account the submitted transportation requests, and simultaneously generates a route for drivers, which optimizes the management of the road transport company and makes it more efficient.
