At the same time, accounting in a transport company becomes more efficient precisely due to the absence of a human error factor in its work, which is why the procedures carried out by such systems are distinguished by high accuracy and speed, as well as the comprehensiveness of the coverage of the data to be accounted for, through the subordination of each other established by the system between them, which excludes the appearance of any type of false information. The accounting system for transport companies is a universal system that can be installed in any transport company, regardless of the scale and scope of its activity, but for each of them, the system will have individual parameters based on the distinctive features of any particular transport company. The same system cannot be transferred from one company to another. Such a database makes it possible to objectively assess the degree of involvement of any given vehicle in the production process, its effectiveness in comparison with other machines, to clarify the next maintenance period, the need to exchange documents, which the accounting system warns about, automatically and in advance.
