The accounting software provides a large number of directories where you configure all the functions that you want the system to perform. The directory "Premises" is used to register your gyms. In each room you specify the start and end times for the subsequent schedule planning. The "Club" checkbox is used to indicate whether this is a club visit or just individual training. It should be indicated only when you do not plan the schedule and work of coaches for this visit. An example of this is a visit to the gym by clients. The "Types of subscriptions" reference is used to register all your subscriptions. "Course" is selected from the corresponding reference book. In the field "Costs" you specify the cost of the subscription, in the column "Classes" - the number of classes on the course. In the field "Duration" you specify the duration of the subscription, in the "Guest visits" - the number of visits to which you can bring another client free of charge to get acquainted with the course. "Duration" means the duration of one lesson. Also in our sports accounting program you can set the freezing function, if the client for some reason can’t yet attend classes. In the "Freezing time" field you can specify the maximum duration for which you can postpone attending the course.
