The USU-Soft accounting for study - an automated system of accounting in educational institutions or, in other words, the program of automation of educational process and internal activity of institutions operating in the field of education. Its installation is carried out by the specialists of the USU remotely through an Internet connection. Accounting for study is carried out by the program in automatic mode, completely excluding the participation of staff from this process, which has only a positive impact on the quality of the accounting itself and the speed of data processing. The accounting for study program provides a manual mode to correct processes and perform operations in case of production necessity. The menu consists of three sections - Modules, Directories, Reports.

Employees admitted to work with the accounting program are related only to the Modules, where the electronic documents of users contain current working information about all processes occurring in the educational institution in the conduct of various activities. To make a record of studies in the journal, an employee must have an individual login and password to log in to the "Student Records". This code provides the employee with personal forms which allows him or her to report on the performance of his/her work in accordance with his/her competence and is not accessible to anyone else except management, whose responsibilities include regular monitoring of performance and quality. The management uses the audit function provided by the accounting for study program to promptly verify the information in the reporting of the wards, so that all new information, corrections of the old ones and any deletions are highlighted against the previously saved font. The second section of the menu, directories, is directly related to the institution's individual settings of accounting for study and determines the rules of conducting processes, calculates operations, and includes background information on both the institution itself and the educational process as a whole and specifically on the institution. The third section, Reports, completes the accounting program’s "cycle", forming the results of activities on all its items and forming them into clear and understandable reports through tables, graphs, and diagrams. These reports raise the level of any business, providing management with up-to-date and objective information about its current state, identifying weaknesses and, conversely, breakthrough moments in the work of the staff.
