Accounting of the interchange point is carried out by the automated system itself, setting up the rules of work processes and accounting and settlement procedures when setting up, while the latter also conducts the latter independently - automatically calculates all exchange operations, profit received from each transaction, calculating piecework wages to personnel who is allowed to work in the application, including the cashier of the interchange point.

So, the accounting system of the interchange point has been installed, the settings have been made, a short training seminar for users has come to an end, the cashier starts working at the interchange point, being already a user of the program. The first thing they see is the main screen of the system, which consists of four multi-colored stripes, each one representing information relevant to the item. The color of each zone visually delineates the field of activity in accordance with the purpose and allows the cashier not to make mistakes in data entry, since each zone has its own operation. For example, green - buying currency, blue - selling it, yellow - conducting mutual settlements in national currency, here the amount to be received and/or issued and the change is calculated taking into account the funds received.

Accounting for the interchange point
There is also an uncolored area on the screen - this is general information on the currency in the point where the system lists the exchanged currencies, again visually highlighting each name with an international three-digit code and the national flag of the value belonging to a separate country. This field indicates the current exchange rate of the regulator of each currency unit, and in the green and blue zones - the rate set by the point of conducting exchange operations. In the same colored zones, next to the exchange rate, there are cells of entering the amounts that the client wants to change, it is in them that the cashier indicates the money amount, receiving immediately the payment in national money in the yellow zone. This operation is many times faster than a calculator, due to this reason the cashier does not take part in the calculation - they only need to enter numbers in the cell in the required field.
Further, the receipt and issuance of funds according to the numbers indicated in the yellow zone, verification of banknotes for authenticity and control recount on a machine of counting money, which is compatible with the system - the information goes there directly, fixing the received and sold amounts of accounting. As soon as the transaction has taken place, and the program has registered the receipt of funds, the current amount of currency is automatically changed on the screen, taking into account the transaction made - purchase and/or sale, placed in a colorless area next to the identification marks. That's all the work of the point of money accounting, foreign and local, since all operations are under the control of the system - it collects data, sorts, processes and provides the finished result in the form of an indicator, which, in turn, characterizes the current state of the system and, therefore , work processes, the very activity of the item.
Accounting of clients of the interchange point allows you to activate work with each of them and form a pool of those who will become regular visitors. A regular report on clients, generated automatically by the end of the period with an analysis of their purchasing power and activity, shows which of them purchased the most currencies in this period, who brought the most profit, who was the least active. The dynamics of changes in their behavior, taking into account the past periods, allows identifying leaders among them and encouraging them with personal price lists of service, which is stored in the customer base - in their personal files, which are the history of relationships, work plans, attached documents and photos, sent texts from different mailings, which is practiced regularly to maintain interest and remind you of their interchange services. In addition, the database contains documents confirming the identity of the client, which is convenient in registering the buyer when they purchase value that exceeds the established 'nameless' limit, as required by the national regulator to control currency transactions.
