There is some system (business) requirements of the program for the control of the cinema.
Concerning the client, the system must allow the client to access information about the cinema repertoire, this information must be up-to-date and reliable. The system should help the user in choosing the required service, as well as allow the user to make an order for the purchase of a ticket, for subsequent processing of this order, and receiving the session ticket. The system should provide the user with the opportunity to choose in the order for which session and for which of the available seats he can make an order and the ability to return the ticket to the cinema to refund. The program should allow the user to book a ticket to purchase a ticket later, as well as to remove the existing booking from the ticket.
There are also limitations. For example, the system should not allow the user to purchase tickets for non-existent sessions, return the ticket later than 10 minutes before the start of the session, and also allow situations when the reserved seats are not redeemed. Reservations must be canceled 20 minutes before the start of the session.
With regard to cashiers, the application should help them keep track of the seats available for sale in the auditorium, minimize their work using templates and help clients to correctly place an order. The program should send reports on sales to the finance and statistics departments, allow the cinema cashier to control the booking and control cancellation of tickets.
The control program should provide false data, neither in the reports nor in the provided information about the sessions.
