The dry cleaning management system has three structural sections, which differ in their purpose. Modules are the conduct of operational activities and registration of all changes occurring in the organization as a result of its implementation. Reports are an analysis of operating activities and their changes in the reporting period with an assessment of achievements. Directories are used to set a regulation according to which operational activities are conducted. It should be noted that the dry cleaning management system has at its disposal only unified electronic forms, which are subject to the same principle of adding information and its distribution over the structure of the document. Such unification allows the system to reduce the time spent by users in the information network, saving it to perform other tasks and, thereby, increasing the volume of "production". Therefore, the blocks in the program menu also have the same internal structure and similar headings, which allows the personnel to navigate in the automated system rather quickly. Although it should be noted that not all employees are admitted to all three of its sections.

The management of such data allows you to rationally make purchases and reduce costs, taking into account the turnover of products, information about which the system provides. Customer relationship management is provided by a single database of counterparties. The CRM system has the entire archive of contacts - calls, letters, meetings, orders and mailings. For each client, a personal file is “established”, which contains his or her personal information, a service contract and a price list, according to which the cost of the order is calculated. Within the framework of the loyalty program, customers can have different conditions in calculating payment for the company's services. The system automatically calculates according to the price list from the personal file.

Order management is carried out in the order database, where all customer requests for the company's services are concentrated, each of which presents the scope of work, cost and payment terms. To compose an application, a special form is provided - an order window, in which the operator adds the necessary information on the composition of the order using the built-in classifier. When specifying the next product, the full cost is automatically charged. Its details are presented in the receipt for the range of products accepted for work. Filling in the order window ends with the automatic preparation of the entire package of documents for the application, including accounting of both parties, of receipt, as well as of specification to the warehouse. The management program of dry cleaning enterprises independently generates all the dry cleaning documents by the time, followed by the built-in task scheduler that starts on the schedule. To generate documentation, the management program of a dry cleaning company contains a large set of templates. The autocomplete function is responsible in the selection.
