The control of optics in the USU Software is automated. It does not require the involvement of personnel in control over the supply of goods to the optics and control over the sale of products in optics, it frees the management of the salon from constant control over the activities of the personnel and offers to carry it out in a different format - regularly, but without much time consuming, for which the program provides several convenient functions. The control of the optics in the salon is carried out by the automated system itself, visualizing its results, according to which the salon management already decides what exactly needs to be paid attention to, what should be corrected, who should be put on view, whom to praise, what products to order and in what quantity.
Being under automated control, the optics salon only benefits, because it does not waste time on the implementation of control procedures, getting ready results in a visual form. An optics salon needs control over sales in order to regulate the timely delivery of goods, their posting, exclude the facts of theft when goods arrive at the warehouse and in the store, in order to meet customer demand and even anticipate it. To conduct such control, several databases are being formed, including the nomenclature and the sales base, the customer base, and the database of medical appointments, due to which it is possible to keep statistics of prescriptions in the optics in order to display the ‘average’ situation in terms of visual acuity presented in this salon.

All databases in the software configuration of the control of optics in the cabin have the same format, regardless of their content, which is presented in the upper half of the screen by a table with a general list of all items that make up the contents of the database and their general data available for viewing, and in the lower, in the middle, there is a panel of tabs, each of them gives a detailed description of a specific property of a position and a register of operations performed in relation to it. It is convenient and clear, as it allows you to get complete information about the position and establish control over its state according to the selected parameter. It should also be said that all databases have their classification in order to organize their information and make it easier to work with them since they do not decrease over time, but only grow.
In the configuration that keeps control in the optics, information is received through special forms, which are also called windows. There is a client window, a product window, and a sale window. The essence of such forms is that, on the one hand, they speed up the process of entering information due to their special format, and at the same time, on the other hand, they connect the entered data with each other and with data from other categories - different databases, for example. Due to the formation of such internal links, software control is established over the reliability of information posted by employees of the optics salon in their electronic journals. When false information enters the automated system, an imbalance occurs, formed through such connections, which immediately leads to an immediately manifested imbalance of indicators and the prompt identification of the source from which the failure begins. Therefore, the control configuration of the optics guarantees that there are no additions and unlawful corrections, deletions of data, and all sorts of manipulations in the system.
