If the sales are personified, then when registering the operation, the optician selects the desired client from the client base, moving to CRM from the cell in the sales window. As soon as the client is specified, the management program instantly enters all information, including details, contacts, payment terms, and discounts provided since buyers participate in the loyalty program if the optics supports it for effective sales management. Next, the window is automatically filled with the details of the optics, for which the employee just needs to indicate those that correspond to a certain area, although these data can be used by default. The choice of products is carried out similarly to the choice of the client - by an automatic link to the product range.
