The structure of all databases that are used by the optics is the same. This is a general list of their participants in table format and a tab bar, where each contains a detailed description of some parameters and in table format.

This unification of electronic documents allows the optics to successfully and quickly master the functionality and almost automatically add new information to its work spreadsheets similar in data entry method. The result is that the optics now spend less time on reporting, and the results of personnel reporting also successfully and promptly take part in describing the current state of the workflow, because the values entered the program are immediately used by it to update other indicators related to them indirectly or directly. This allows you to keep all accounting procedures in the current time since the speed of any operation performed by an automated accounting system is only a fraction of a second. Therefore, when a new value is entered, the result of its influence on the workflow is reflected instantly, which allows the salon to control the work of all services and respond to any changes in conditions for the normal development of current activities.

Secondly, these forms are involved in the formation of internal connections established between values from different categories, which makes it possible to instantly identify false information since the balance formed through these connections is disturbed. Thirdly, filling in the windows leads to the compilation of the entire set of documents, if they are in demand for the current case, including accounting, receipts with full details on calculations, specifications of an order in optics, a route sheet to the driver to deliver products to the client, if such a service is provided by the salon.

In the formed nomenclature range, commodity items are presented, each of them is assigned a nomenclature number, each has its own trade characteristics to distinguish it. As trade parameters, a factory article, a barcode, is used, according to which all positions can be easily identified among many similar in shape, colour, brand.

To account of deliveries and sales, the automatic generation of invoices is organized, they document any movement of goods and save in their own database with a classification. The spreadsheets differentiate invoices by the type of transfer of inventory, assigning each a corresponding status, colour to it, which allow them to be separated. The nomenclature also has its classification according to generally accepted categories. A catalogue has been compiled for them, which is done to ensure a quick search of goods, drawing up an invoice.
