Sauna accounting is carried out through the automatic distribution of financial receipts to the accounts specified during setup, expenses — according to the corresponding items, also presented during setup, and their places of origin. Information about each operation is received by the system from employees during the course of work within the framework of their duties, based on their data, the system independently decides what is the purpose of each indication, to which process to attribute, what can be expected from it. The main thing in keeping records of a sauna is to build order in maintaining accounting procedures, which is done when setting up the software, taking into account the individual characteristics of the sauna — its assets, resources, hours of operation, staffing.

In order to more clearly demonstrate the principle of the program's operation, we’ll briefly describe the database of visits — a database where an employee notes the arrival and departure of each visitor. Each such visit has a status and color to it, which indicate the current status of the order. A completed order is gray, an order in arrears is red, and an active order is green. Based on this database, the employee will promptly answer the question of how many visitors are in the sauna now and how many of them are in groups. As soon as the client leaves the sauna, the configuration of the management of the sauna immediately prompts that you should make payment in such and such an amount, automatically calculating the final amount of the stay in time and taking into account the equipment that was rented. If the payment was completed on time, the status in the database of this visit changes to gray, if there is no payment, it turns red, requiring the attention of the staff. When paying off the debt, the color change will happen again. So, the staff, in fact, should work only with problem visits, marked in red, since the configuration of maintaining a sauna considers the same debt as an abnormal situation— a deviation from the specified work order. There may be other abnormal situations — users immediately receive a corresponding signal and solve the problem, for example, due to the lack of the necessary inventory.
