Pharmacists have several specializations, including recipe managers, technologist, and analyst — each will have its own type of work and keep records in the specified format, which, first of all, is convenient for the management to assess the current situation in the production of dosage forms and, accordingly, the fulfillment of orders, compliance timing.

The control over the pharmacist company is carried out by the configuration of the pharmacist accounting itself, allocating each a separate work area, personal digital documents, and access to official information, limited by the scope of competencies. To restrict access, they use individual logins that protect their passwords, which determine the amount of data sufficient for high-quality work. Personal trade characteristics of nomenclature items include a serial number, article, manufacturer, supplier — for their identification in the total volume of products. Accounting for the movement of nomenclature items is documented by invoices — they have compiled automatically when filling out the form and saved in the base of primary accounting documents. Each invoice has a number and date of registration; when saved in the database, it receives status and color to it, which indicates the type of transfer of stocks and visually separates the database itself.

Accounting for interaction with customers is kept in CRM — a unified database of clients, here the history of relations from the date of registration is written, including the chronology of calls, mailings, and orders.
