The unit maintenance system allows you to effectively organize processes to monitor the technical condition of units and the timeliness of their maintenance, not forgetting about the quality assessment for the personnel involved in these works. Each stock movement is documented by invoices that have a number and date - the system supports the registration of documents with end-to-end numbering according to the current date. Invoices are saved automatically in the base of primary accounting documents, where they receive status and colour to it to visualize their type of transfer of inventory items. Warehouse accounting promptly notifies about the balance of goods in the warehouse and under the report, gives a signal when a critical minimum is reached, making an application with a ready-made purchase volume. The company always has up-to-date data on stocks since warehouse accounting automatically writes off the volumes that were transferred to the workshop or shipped to the client from the balance sheet. At the end of the reporting period, the management staff receives a number of reports with the analysis of processes, objects, subjects in a form that is convenient for study - tables, graphs, diagrams.
