To attract customers, advertising and information mailings are used in any form - personal, for a group, mass, text templates are prepared in advance. The system independently generates a list of recipients according to the specified sampling parameters, excluding those who did not give consent to the mailing, which is noted in the CRM, the sending goes from it.
The range of products and a single database of counterparties are classified by category, for the first, it is generally accepted, for the second it chooses the company, both provide work with groups. In the base of primary accounting documents, the division goes by status and colour to them, as in the order base, but here the statuses visualize the types of transfer of inventory items. The management system integrates with various types of electronic equipment, including retail and warehouse, with a corporate website, accelerating its updating, including personal accounts. The management system of maintenance offers separate access to service information, assigning to the user an individual login, a security password to it, they form a separate work area. Access control allows you to preserve the confidentiality of service information, backups are carried out on a schedule under the control of the built-in scheduler.
