Thanks to this format of organizing transport control, it is easy to get information about the operation of transport as a whole and separately for each unit at any time, while the system reflects the data of the current moment - so to speak, here and now.
For this, several information bases, interconnected with each other, function in the transport control system, therefore, a change in one of them immediately leads to a change in indicators in others that are directly or indirectly related to the first change. The registration of changes is carried out independently - all calculations are also carried out automatically, and entering a new value into the transport control system causes an instant recalculation of the indicators associated with it, thus changing the current state of the system. Thanks to automated control, the transport organization has relevant performance indicators that characterize the effectiveness of its activities, demonstrating the work and condition of each unit of its fleet.
The system for organizing transport control consists of three structural sections - Modules, Directories, Reports, which are gradually involved in its functioning. The distribution of information into sections occurs in the following order. The first is the References block, which is conventionally considered an installation and adjustment, since it is here that the regulation of work processes and accounting and counting procedures is determined, the calculation of production operations is configured, which ensures the organization of calculations in an automatic mode, which, in turn, are highly accurate and speed in data processing.
This block contains initial information about the organization itself, on the basis of which the hierarchy of processes is determined, there are a variety of templates used to organize current work, and a regulatory and reference base with industry rules and regulations officially approved for transportation activities in a road transport organization and used in setting up costing. And here are some information bases, including nomenclature, driver and transport.
The second in the queue for the execution of work in the transport control system are Modules - a block for displaying operational activities, which is the workplace of the organization's employees admitted to the system, since in the other two data entry is not provided, except for setting up the system itself in the case of Directories in the first working session. It is here that transport control works, providing information about all vehicles on the balance sheet of the organization.
