The service control system in the USU Software system allows, thanks to constant monitoring, automatically carrying out by the system, bringing the service of the repair company to a qualitatively new level, which certainly increases their loyalty and, accordingly, increasing the volume of orders.

To do this, the system offers an evaluation function that sends the client an appropriate SMS message - a polite feedback request with an answer to the question of how satisfied the client was with the service, whether he has any complaints about the operator who accepted the order, the workers who performed the repairs, and the data service the enterprise as a whole. Based on the estimates obtained, the service control system draws up a report, building a rating of personnel, including the operator and workers from the workshop, placing them in descending order of the points received. At the same time, the service control system establishes control over the customers themselves, monitoring the accumulated ratings for each client to clarify how realistic their assessment was, maybe some of them always give low scores, someone, on the contrary, only high.

Given the fact that customer ratings, if there were several, do not always refer to one person, the service control system easily makes all survey participants correlated, providing correct results in the report. In this case, it may turn out that the client always turns to the same master, which indicates his preferences and the skill of the worker. In turn, the personnel, knowing that their activities are under ‘vigilant’ control, be more attentive in serving - both customers and their technology.

The service control system is installed by its developers - USU Software specialists, using the Internet connection for remote work. After installation and subsequent configuration, the same remote training seminar is held, during which new users can learn what advantages they get when working in the system compared to the usual format. This seminar completely replaces any training, which, in principle, is not needed for independent mastering of the system, since it has convenient navigation and a simple interface, which makes it accessible to everyone, regardless of computer experience.

The service control system takes into account a large number of users and proposes restricting access to service information by assigning each login and password protecting it, which open only the amount of information that is necessary for the work, according to the competence of the employee. The staff receives individuals registering their service activities electronic logs, where they keep records of the service operations performed, where they add working readings. This is his only responsibility in the system - to timely confirm the work done, since the rest of the service control system complete on its own. It collects data from all users, sorts it by purpose, and presents it in the form of totals to characterize current processes. Moreover, the speed of any operation in the service control system is a fraction of a second, which is beyond human perception, thus they talk about the system's operation in real-time.

It should also be added to its description that the electronic forms used in the system are all unified to simplify the work of staff, a single rule for data entry is used, for which special forms are formed - windows that speed up the procedure and contribute to the formation of an internal connection between data from different information categories, which excludes the possibility of placing false information. The service control system presents several work databases, each has its classification, but they are all formed according to the same ‘sample and likeness’ - this is the same format, despite the different content, which is again done in the interests of the user. Among the databases - the nomenclature range, a unified database of contractors, a database of primary accounting documents, and a database of orders.

Each database has its adding information window - product window, customer window, invoice window, order window, and others. The service control system offers input in manual mode only primary information, all the rest are added from the lists with answers nested in the filling cells. It is this moment that speeds up the data entry procedure and forms its internal interconnection. For example, when accepting a repair request, first of all, the operator opens an order window and adds a customer to the appropriate cell by selecting him from the counterparties database, where the system itself first redirected him from the same cell. After adding a client and indicating a breakdown, the system automatically lists any possible causes of this problem, and the operator again promptly selects the most suitable one. The speed of filling the window is seconds in general, at the same time there is a preparation of the order documents - receipts, specifications, the act of acceptance of the transfer, technical shop specifications. This increases the speed of the service itself.

The system has a multi-user interface that eliminates all conflicts of saving information when employees make their notes simultaneously in a document.

As soon as the application is accepted and the order specification is drawn up, there is an automatic reservation of parts and spare parts in the warehouse, if they are not there, an application for the purchase is generated. When placing an order, a contractor can be assigned automatically - the system assesses the employment of staff and selects the one with the least amount of work at that moment. When entering into the system, new values are marked with the username, so the working operations are ‘nominal’, this allows quickly identifying the culprit in the marriage. The system offers users the planning of activities for the period, which admits the management to establish control over the current employment of personnel and the quality of work.

The system maintains automated warehouse accounting, which automatically writes off all stocks that were transferred to the shop or shipped to the buyer, upon confirmation of the operation. The company receives a report on always current inventory balances at the time of the request and notification of the completion of any item with a ready automatic purchase requisition.

The system independently calculates the purchase volume taking into account the accumulated statistics on orders and demand for specific commodity items, their turnover for each period. The system provides for the conduct of trading activities and offers the company a sales window - a convenient form for registering such transactions with details for all participants. Control over all types of activity provides a regular analysis at the end of the period according to current indicators, this allows eliminating negative factors.
